Throughout her career, Lubna Shuja has been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, working to break down barriers and create opportunities for underrepresented groups. In 2022, Lubna made history when she was elected as the first Asian, first Muslim, and seventh female president of the Law Society of England and Wales. In this role, she leads the
