I’ve seen a growing number of paralegals contemplating this transition with both enthusiasm and apprehension; here are a few practical insights to help navigate the SQE process effectively.

Transitioning from the role of a paralegal working in a vital support role, to a solicitor is more than just a career move; it represents a significant shift in both responsibilities and opportunities.
