Curt is the Chief Financial Officer at Clio. He is responsible for managing Clioʼs financial affairs, including finance,
accounting, capital, treasury, taxation, and corporate development. With over two decades of technology
finance experience, he has held numerous senior finance leadership roles at companies including Clearco and
J.P. Morgan. He sits on multiple nonprofit boards including C100, which supports Canadian technology
entrepreneurs through investment and mentorship.

Episode 04: Jonathan Watson & John Foreman

Jonathan is the Chief Technology Officer at Clio. With over 20 years of leadership experience in large scale SaaS
and live gaming solutions, Jonathanʼs unique approach and passion for intertwining product development,
design, user experience, and engineering has accelerated Clioʼs product growth while earning Clio best-in-class
NPS and customer retention rates.

Episode 05: Reagan Attle

Reagan Attle is Chief Marketing Officer at Clio, the global leader in cloud-based legal technology. She leads Clioʼs
global brand and marketing strategy including product and customer marketing, customer insights, and industry
partnerships. Since joining Clio in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in the companyʼs explosive success,
including international expansions, Series D and E funding rounds, multiple acquisitions, the launch of Clio
Payments, and the largest conference in legal—the annual Clio Cloud Conference. With over 20 years of
experience in marketing leadership, Reagan has a proven track record of building high-performing teams that
drive loyalty, build advocacy, and elevate brand experience. Reagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
in Marketing from Simon Fraser University.

Episode 06: Marina Harris

Marina Harris is Clioʼs Chief People Officer, and the driving force behind Clioʼs human and high performing
culture. She spearheads the company’s award winning People function, including HR strategy and organizational
development.

With more than 25+ years of experience scaling some of the worldʼs most successful companies, Marina
implements proactive strategies and operating practices that position Clio to thrive and grow in alignment with its mission and values. She orchestrates talent acquisition, HR business partners, employee engagement,
systems optimization, analytics, comprehensive total rewards programs, DE&I, and learning and development.

Before her tenure at Clio, Marina held the position of Chief People Officer at Wealthsimple, where she played a pivotal role in steering the company through a period of exponential growth. Under her leadership, the company’s workforce nearly doubled for three consecutive years. Marina’s commitment to diversity and inclusion saw significant progress across all levels of the organization during her tenure.

Marina’s career also includes Director of HR Business Partners at Netflix, Head of HR at Samsung’s Global
Innovation Center, and leadership positions at Cisco Systems. Her leadership journey has been marked by the pursuit of excellence in enhancing employee experiences and fostering dynamic company cultures.

Jenny is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Clio. With more than a decade of B2B tech sales leadership
experience, Jenny is known for creating an electric team culture across global workforces and driving
transformative strategies centered around customer success. At Clio, Jenny is focusing on revenue growth by
increasing market share, driving new and existing customer growth, and scaling its world class Sales team. As a
member of Chief—a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive

Michelle Dunlea is Vice President, Product at Clio, leading the innovation and development of Clioʼs portfolio of

She is an impactful product leader with 10+ years of experience at B2B companies and a track record of building
